Dan Fuchs joined the Team Clean family in 2011, and since March 2016, he has been the company’s Director of Corporate Accounts. He has a deep background in hospitality, budget management, and industry standards as well as facilities management industry knowledge, as well as his focus on customer service.
In his multi-faceted role at Team Clean, Dan manages and develops key relationships with four local trade unions, state employees, facility management companies, event clients and third-party contractors to effectively maintain relationships and provide superior service for all of Team Clean’s clients. He conducts on-site training for staff including operational, safety, and educational training, and has proven effectiveness in managing and scheduling multiple vendors on site to increase productivity and accountability. Dan is also directly responsible for the development and management of operations for multiple facilities including colleges, schools, new construction, theatres, and open air projects.
He began his tenure at Team Clean working directly with clients on-site including the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Philadelphia’s Festival Pier, and Penn’s Landing. Prior to working at Team Clean, Dan was the Director of Operations for one of Live Nation’s top three event venues in the United States, the popular Camden amphitheater now known as BB&T Pavilion. He maintained operations of the building including HVAC maintenance, grounds, general repairs, PM planning, climate control, safety, inventory control, and short and long term capital expenditure projects of over $1 million.
Dan graduated from Penn State with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management. His professional certifications include Building Operator Certification with a Focus on Energy Efficiency, OSHA Forklift and High Lift Certification, and Key Risk Insurance Safety Committee Member. When not at work, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, and in outdoor recreation including fishing.
